The bicycle rental service contract between CULTURBIKE TOUR® and the client is subject to the following particular conditions:
The rental contract will be made by a person of legal age in possession of a valid national identity document or passport.
The provision and return of the material will take place at the place agreed between CULTURBIKE TOUR® and the client at the time of booking and from 9:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00.
Modifications of the conditions agreed in the reservation must be communicated with a minimum of 48 hours in advance, being conditioned to the effective availability of the material.
Upon delivery of the material, payment will be made for the total contracted service, as well as the provision of a deposit of € 50 which will be reimbursed at the time of returning the material, provided it is returned in the same condition as in the time of delivery.
Any delay of more than 10 minutes in the return at the agreed time must be notified at least one hour in advance. If not, the extra collection will be charged for a surcharge of € 10.
The client is obliged to the good use and care of the rented material, and must take the necessary precautions and measures to protect it from damage, loss or theft. If any of the aforementioned situations occur during the rental time, the customer will immediately assume all the replacement costs incurred, at market price.
The client is obliged at all times to correctly tie the bicycles when they are not in sight. It is recommended to keep them with you for as long as possible.
CULTURBIKE TOUR® has contracted civil liability insurance that covers any damage that may be caused as a consequence of defects in the rented material.
It is the responsibility of the client to respect the traffic regulations.
The data provided by the client will be used exclusively for the correct provision of the contracted service and, in accordance with the data protection law, may request its rectification or cancellation by communication to CULTURBIKE TOUR® via email reservas@culturbike.es
This contract is governed by Spanish law, any claim arising from it being submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Seville, the parties expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
The client with his signature declares to have read and accepted the previous conditions
